Getting Started

First, select your desired cap style on the 3D Design page, then click to enter the design interface.

Overview of the 3D Design Page Menu Structure

Figure 1 – Left side: This is the primary menu, where you can choose categories such as Back Strap, Fabric, Pattern, Accessories, and Advanced.
Figure 1 – Right side: This is the secondary menu, where you can make more specific selections under each category, such as different back strap styles or specific parts of the cap.
Figure 2 – Left side: This is the tertiary menu, where you can toggle accessories like sandwich brim and string strap. You can also select finer elements like individual stitching, eyelets, lining, etc.
Figure 2 – Right side: This is the functional menu, where you can choose fabrics and colors, or manipulate your logo (upload, scale, rotate, etc.).

Detailed Feature Guide

Closure

If the selected cap style supports a closure, you can choose your preferred style from the left side, and then customize its color from the right side.

Fabric

In the Fabric menu, you can change the fabric of the entire cap (first option in the secondary menu) or of specific parts (other options in the secondary menu).

On the right side, you can select fabric type and color, and right-click to view detailed fabric information.

For certain sections like the left front panel or right front panel, you can access them via the tertiary menu to create a color-blocking effect.

Pattern

In the Pattern menu, you can select a slot (by number) to upload your artwork.

(Note: Please prepare the artwork in Photoshop and save it as a PNG file with transparent background and no white edges.)

After uploading, you can use the functional buttons at the bottom left to move (X/Y axis), scale, or rotate your pattern.

To apply the pattern to a different area, make sure to select that area first, then upload. We support all crown positions and both top and bottom of the visor.

If you have multiple logos and want to adjust the position or size of any one of them, right-click the logo and select Edit. This allows you to re-adjust its position, scale, and rotation, or delete it if needed.

Accessories

In the Accessories menu, you can customize elements like visor stitching, eyelets, taping, sweatband, sandwich brim, sun string, and rope strap.

In the Visor Stitching menu, you can define the number of stitch lines and the overall color.

In the Taping menu, you first need to select the fabric for the taping, then upload a pattern (also in PNG format, processed via Photoshop. If you don't have Photoshop or don't know how to use it, you can use this website for free AI background removal photokit). After uploading, you can rotate, scale, and adjust spacing.

For sandwich brim, rope strap, and sun string, enable them in the tertiary menu first, then proceed to select fabrics.

Advanced

The Advanced menu allows deep customization, such as:

- - Color of individual stitch lines
  - Patterns for individual taping strips
  - Settings for lining, woven labels, and sweatband labels

Operations for individual taping are similar to general taping, but with an added tertiary menu to select specific ones. By default, all are selected.

For stitch line color, use the tertiary menu to select the target line, then modify the color from the right menu.

For sweatband labels, first select the label position (1 or 2), then define the number of labels on that side, and choose which one you're modifying. After that, you can select the color or upload a custom image.

Saving Your Design

Once you finish your design, click the Save button at the top-right corner. Enter a name and any notes for your design.

Tip: It's recommended to specify the pattern size and crafting details in your notes for smoother ordering.

Afterward, you can access and review your saved designs in your Personal Center.
